Lakeshore Ranch is a charming and quiet community nestled in the heart of Seffner, Florida.  Many of the 264 homes enjoy lakefront or conservation lot views that add to the outdoor living so many residents enjoy in Florida.  Its ideal location off Wheeler Road between S. Kingsway Road and Valrico Road put it less than 15 minutes driving distance from the Westfield Brandon Shopping Center (mall), the Crosstown Expressway, and I-75, and even closer to I-4, Martin Luther King Blvd. and Brandon Blvd.  Major shopping, restaurants, schools, banks, and Brandon Regional Hospital are all located within a few miles of this delightful, deed restricted community.
Lakeshore Ranch boasts several attractive outdoor community areas, including the pavilion and picnic area leading to the newly renovated boardwalk overlooking Hooker Lake.  There's a well-maintained park area for children and families to relax and have fun on the west end of the community.  Traffic is minimal within the community as there are no through streets for drivers to access. 
Homes in Lakeshore Ranch were built by Westfield Homes in 2000.  There's a nice mixture of 2, 3 or 4 bedroom plans with 2 bathrooms, ranging from 1200+ to 2000+ sq. ft, and 1 or 2-car garages.
