There have been recent complaints about people fishing on the community pier, leaving behind bait and other items that attract birds.  As a result, the birds left behind their own mess that required the pier to be pressure washed twice to remove their droppings.  THERE IS NO FISHING ALLOWED ON THE PIER.  Homeowner complaints have been heard and the board is taking action to order "No Fishing" signs for that area.
