Your Lakeshore Ranch Board of Directors would like to bring a very serious issue to your attention. At this point there are
over 50 homeowners who have not paid their 2012 Assessment payment. The financial implications of this situation could be detrimental to the financial status of the Association.
Anyone who has not made their 2012 Assessment payment should contact McNeil Management IMMEDIATELY at (813) 571-7100 to make payment arrangements to avoid further collection efforts and substantial legal fees. A payment plan is available!
