The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for January 26, 2026 at 6 pm at the Brandon Regional Library (619 Vonderburg Dr, Brandon, FL 33511).
Homeowners will receive a mailed notice with a proxy prior to the meeting. If you cannot attend in person to vote for board members, please complete and return your proxy prior to the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. Meeting date and location subject to change with notice.
