The Lakeshore Ranch HOA was pleased to have the funds to complete the following community improvement projects in 2011.

Boardwalk: All of the wood on the boardwalk was replaced with pressure treated wood. The new boardwalk is scheduled to be sealed in the fall.

Entrance signs: Both of the entrance signs were refinished and repainted. The stucco signage walls were pressure washed and repainted.

Playground area: A new playground retention wall was installed, the play set was pressure washed and repaired, and new ground cover was added.
